But Covid is over
Infections may be down, but people are still getting Covid.
With Helen’s part time job as a home care assistant we
have made ever effort to protect her so she can protect the
people she cares for. To make sure this continues we have
our own specific rules.
Vaccination
Vaccination may not be compulsory, however, we would
much prefer it if you have been double vaccinated and
boosted.
Please confirm you are vaccinated when booking.
Public transport
Please let us know if you are using public transport during
your journey here.
Self isolation
If under the old rules you would have been required to self
isolated under no circumstance are you allowed to visit if
you have any symptoms and / or test positive. You must
wait at least 10 days from the date you were infected. If
you have been unable to do a test let us know soonest and
you can take one when you arrive.
Return from holiday or visiting from abroad
Please let us know.if you have been outside the UK in the
last 7 days prior to your visit
If you become infected before, during or after a visit
To ensure our protection please postpone your booking if
you develop virus symptoms (no matter how mild) sooner
than 7 days before your arrival date. You will not lose any
deposit paid.
It is very important that if you have had the virus that you
are absolutely sure you are completely free of it before
visiting us.
If you develop virus symptoms (no matter how mild) while
here please advise us immediately so we can arrange
tests.
If you develop virus symptoms (no matter how mild) within
5 days of returning home please advise us as soon as
possible preferably by phone so we can arrange tests.
Sanitiser
We ask that you use the provided hand sanitiser every time
you leave your room and when coming back into the
cottage except when you have been in the garden.
