Here at our naturist B&B you will only be with a small number of liked minded people, so whether visiting alone, with a partner or a friend you can rest assured that you will be welcomed simply as another person who is interested in naturism. As naturists for many years we know that people come in a wide variety of shapes and size - there is no such thing as a perfect naturist body. All bodies are meant for naturism. These days a women’s poor body confidence may stop her relaxing and really enjoying being naked. We will do everything we can to help you gain confidence. On arrival there is no pressure for you to get undressed immediately. You can stay dressed or just wear a dressing gown for a while. Take as much time as you need. We hope you will be happy to socialise with others whether you are naked or not. We very much enjoy socialising with our guests. In the broader world of naturism any woman going to a naturist swim, club, holiday or other naturist event for the first time will immediately see that there are generally more men present than women. While this makes it look like men enjoy naturism more than women this is not true. It is believed that naturism appeals to men and women in equally, however, for many reasons women are more reluctant to participate. In recent years BN has been running a campaign to explore why there are fewer women and try to answer their concerns. It is a sad fact that the imbalance of men to women attending an event is often caused by the partners of these men not wanting to attend. At many events it is not necessary to be naked all the time, and as here, you can wear a dressing gown. Once you gain confidence you can shed the clothing. The more that women join in naturist activities the more likely that other women will be encouraged to attend too. There is good evidence that when a woman does try naturism she is often more passionate about it and finds it has a greater life changing effect. Many women get into naturism through a partner, and while they may have been hesitant at first they can’t imagine life without it and believe it to be good for all the family. Body image confidence is probably at the top of most women’s lists of concerns. Women may find it hard to get naked in front of others from self generated pressure that their body is not “perfect” maybe due to the unrealistic images seen on social media. Looking at images of naturist women at BN events for example, shows that just like every walk of life the women are every size and shape possible. The difference for naturist women is that irrespective of shape they are happier and more confident about their bodies. One of many enjoyable aspects of naturism is socialising naked. This can further help with confidence as you are treated purely as a person. Such social nudity within a club or group can help to develop a supportive community for a women new to naturism and and a new social life.
